In today's News And Observer there's a story about how companies like Red Hat and Citrix are picking Raleigh over Greensboro and how downtown Raleigh is getting private investments when cities like Greensboro are unable to attract private investors. And even though Raleigh did spend significant amounts of money downtown a decade ago that isn't way companies are moving there today. So why are they coming?
